Fitness Teams
are held three times a week on every Monday, Wednesday and
Friday of each month. This is run in a team setting that works
on all the elements of swimming and endurance. This class is great
for intermediate and advanced swimmers.
 
Pre-fitness classes are held twice a week on every Tuesday and
Thursday of each month. This class is great for children who wish
to perfect their stroke, work on building endurance and, of course,
most of all have fun and enjoy swimming.
